Product information "Yalameh "

Yalameh Persia fine
These carpets are knotted by nomads in southern Persia, who are related to the Loren and Gasgchai nomads, in the large province of Fars close to Isfahan. The motifs are mostly geometric with exact figures reminiscent of Qashqai carpets. The motifs of the Baktiar carpets are often found with gardens, cypresses and panelling. The colours used are often various shades of blue and beige. The wool is shiny and of high quality. They come in all sizes. They are medium-fine or fine and usually finer in the larger sizes. The price depends on the fineness and this example is very fine.
